This course is offered by Institute of companies secretary. of India(ICSI). Many people undertake CS course as it involves the application of both Financial & Legal knowledge. The career prospects of CS degree is very high. In order to pursue the course along with graduation one has to clear CS foundation exam conducted after passing HSC.

Passing Eligibility:
50% marks are to be obtained to pass the exam out of 400 marks.
